Doug Bradley & Associates, L.L.C. (DB&A) is an Executive Search Firm specializing in employment opportunities in many industries including information technology, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, sales and marketing, e-commerce, legal and construction.  We work with employers, employees and those seeking jobs, offering a full range of professional placement services for today's demanding and fast-moving world of work.

Our clientele consist of the top professionals from every industry who demand the best from the executive search process. We expect the highest caliber from our executives and our consultants believe in cultivating a relationship that leaves no stone unturned.

Thoughtfulness, thoroughness, attention to detail, and needs of the individual play the major role in our relationship with each candidate.

Because the most qualified individuals are already working more than 40 hours a week, they just don’t have time to do even a half-hearted job of searching.

Using DB&A the candidates continue to work in their present position while our consultants are ever alert for the advancement opportunities that the candidates have told us they are interested in. All we need is the candidate’s basic information and we’ll take it from there. We’ll evaluate their background and experience, and when we find an opportunity that is a match we contact the candidate.

Our search is completely confidential.  A candidate’s identity will be released to our clients only with the candidate’s permission and when they feel it is appropriate.
